For best results spice both sides of your choice of meat (Ribs, tenderloin, pork steak, chicken, turkey, hamburgers, etc.) generously. However, DO NOT RUB! Rubbing will bring out too much salt flavor into the surface of the meat. Oscar's Dry Spice is formulated to penetrate slowly into the meat, giving it an even distribution and flavoring. Oscar's also works a natural tenderizer.

After spicing, place the meat back into the refrigerator for an extended period of time. Let the spice soak in slowly. The longer you wait, the better the taste! We recommend leaving your cut of meat sit all day or over night, (6 to 12 hours).
